We are all in the midst of an unprecedented time with high uncertainty around public health and the economy, due to COVID-19, and I want to personally assure you that the Suplari team is here to support your procurement and finance teams as we manage through this time.  As business leaders, we must be focused on the health of our employees, our community, and assuring business continuity.

Suplari’s leadership team is meeting every day to assess the growing business and personal challenges we’re all encountering with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. At our headquarters in Washington State, all public and private K-12 schools have been ordered closed starting March 17 and public gatherings of 50 people or more have also been banned by the governor. We are reaching out to our customers to share our plans to maintain business continuity, employee well-being and our world-class level of service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Procurement and finance teams can play a significant role in managing through these times.  Suplari is here to help and support you in every way possible during the quarantine period of COVID-19. Suplari can provide unique analytics and insights to optimize supplier spend and cash flow.  Please call or email us to 1) add more users to Suplari, 2) get training on how to use the latest analytics and features in Suplari, 3) understand and add additional spend and cash flow related insights, or 4) receive a spend review with ideas for spend reductions based on your current spend.  We are here to help!

The Suplari SaaS platform is a cloud-based architecture and is enabled with high availability and geographic fail-over capabilities which ensure our service levels are always met.

Our employees are equipped with secured company-issued laptops and connectivity tools to enable us to work remotely. We are confident Suplari will continue to provide the same level of support to its customers in the coming weeks. Suplari leadership will continue to assess and respond to the pandemic as the situation evolves.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is paramount. In consideration for the growing urgency to stem the spread of COVID-19 and to protect employee well-being while ensuring business continuity for Suplari for our customers, we have decided that all employees will work from home starting Monday, March 16.  The Suplari leadership team has been preparing our teams during the past week for this shift to all-remote operations. We have redundant channels for team collaboration, open and resilient channels for fast decision-making, and we have provided employees helpful information about staying productive and safe while working from home for an extended period of time. We are committed to meeting our 2020 goals and continuing to provide an excellent level of support for all of our customers.

Thank you for your business and trust. We recognize these are turbulent times for many people in our community and we want you to know the entire Suplari team is working hard and creatively to ensure we maintain the same levels of service you have come to expect from us.
