SpendMatters recently published its “SolutionMap Insider” and I am delighted to learn that Suplari was recognized as a “2024 Customer Favorite” for spend analysis solutions. The survey of over 90 solution providers concluded that Suplari offers among the industry’s most exceptional “customer service,” demonstrated by its “ability to adapt to changing business needs” and matched by an innovative “ever-evolving product.”

As the CEO of Suplari, my goal is to make tech usable, effective and efficient. For those who may be unfamiliar with this recognition, SpendMatters is known to provide “the most data-centric functionality assessment of procurement technologies in the industry.” Their SolutionMap Insider put Suplari along with over 90 procurement technology vendors through “rigorous functionality and capability assessments via 500+ RFI requirements across 15 kinds of procurement technology solutions, with mandatory demos and impartial, anonymized customer ratings.”

Through my work in software for many years, I’ve learned that implementing innovative solutions goes hand-in-hand with delivering customer service that exceeds expectations. Our recognition as an industry leader by SpendMatters will not be just another accolade, it will be a constant reminder that Suplari can and will achieve new heights in customer satisfaction.

Now, the Suplari team must work harder to maintain and increase this metric. It is extremely important to me and my team that every solution that Suplari releases outperforms expectations among our users.
